I am attempting to re-insulate my attic. I have never insulated anything. What does it cost to get the supplies to insulate? I have heard of spray foam insulation; but are there other methods?

Spray foam insulation is a great way to insulate your home. It works really well and is definitely is a great option to choose. I know I myself really like the insulation that I have in my home.

My best friend is living up in Spokane right now. I wonder if he has ever worked with this spray foam insulation stuff before. I know that he does a bunch of handyman jobs, but I am not sure if he has ever installed insulation.

I have heard spray foam helps houses last longer. I would love to keep my house from deteriorating through time. I should really invest dome more time some more research. http://www.oreillybrothers.com
